David F. DeFazio formed DeFazio Law Office, LLC in 2001 after practicing for four years with two other firms in Jackson. Sarah E. Tollison is a partner who has been licensed since 2003 and practiced for five years in Atlanta before joining the firm in 2008. Alexandra Mijares Nash ("Ali") is Of Counsel, and has been practicing civil litigation, transactional law, and criminal defense in Arizona since 2004 and in Wyoming since 2018.
