DeFazio Law Office Practices Many Types of Law
DeFazio Law Office, LLC
David DeFazio formed DeFazio Law Office in 2001 with a focus on criminal defense and construction litigation. Over the last twenty years, construction litigation has remained a focus, with corporate law rounding out the majority of his continuing practice. Sarah Tollison and Dick Stout joined DeFazio Law Office in 2008. Sarah and David worked closely together on numerous civil cases as Sarah built up a practice of her own. She became partner in 2014. Dick assumed the criminal defense practice upon joining the firm in 2008, and has since grown to become one of the leading criminal defense attorneys in Teton County. Dick became partner in 2018. Ali Mijares Nash joined our firm in July 2018 after establishing a career in Arizona that started in 2004. Ali brings considerable trial experience from Arizona and continues to grow her practice in Wyoming.
Given our extensive history working together, we consider ourselves as family, which facilitates an open dialogue that provides support and teamwork on any given case. At DeFazio Law Office, we endeavor to approach every case with a careful legal analysis of the critical issues and to offer our expertise and insight to the maximum benefit of our clients. The legal system is often stressful and time-consuming. Therefore, our goal is to strongly advocate for our clients and offer them the professionalism, respect, and legal guidance that will mitigate the negative effects a legal action may have on their lives.
