David F. DeFazio

Practice Areas

David’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on contract, corporate, construction, and zoning disputes with a significant segment devoted to the creation and structuring of new businesses of all sizes. Other practice areas include various personal injury cases, planning and zoning issues, and issues regarding the production of alcohol at the state and federal level, due to his involvement as a Co-Founder of Wyoming Whiskey, Inc., Wyoming’s first legal distillery.

David is originally from upstate New York and received a B.A. from St. Lawrence University in English before attending Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He has lived in Jackson since 1992 and travels to support Wyoming Whiskey and his beloved New York Yankees. He is an avid skier, fisherman, and hunter.
